Shipping & Returns

Khira Fashions Boutique utilizes USPS and UPS as our primary shipping providers. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

The Shipping time frame will depend on the shipping option you chose at check out. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping with a processing time of 3-5 days. After 3-5 days processing time, you will receive your tracking number.  Actual shipping time will depend on the shipping provider because once they receive your order for shipment, it is their responsibility to deliver the package on time.  If you do not receive your order by the delivery date, please contact the shipping provider and provide your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damages items or packages.  Contact the shipping provider if you experience any of these issues.

The shipping option that you choose at checkout will determine the shipping time frame. Orders with free shipping are processed within 3-5 business days. “Processed” means that your order will be packaged and submitted to our shipping provider within that time frame. You will receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days of placing your order Actual shipping time will be dependent on the shipping provider. Once your order is the possession of the shipping provider it is their responsibility to deliver your package on time. If you do not receive your order by the designated delivery date, please contact the shipping provider and provide your tracking number so that your order can be located. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any of these issues.

Merchandise must be unwashed with tags attached and MUST be returned within 4 days of your order delivery date. Khira Fashions does NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via our online returns center. Items must be in original condition. No clearance items will be accepted. Please Note, all purchases made during Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Khira Fashions does not provide return shipping labels.

Returns Process

Once your return is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email informing you your return has/has not been accepted for a credit.  Items that are not in their original state will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return.

Returns and Final Sale Items

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost. You also have the option of having the item mailed back to a correct address for additional shipping fee.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
